Tungsten Copper Blank Rod
Description
Tungsten copper blank rod is composed of high purity tungsten powder and copper powder, by isostatic pressing, high temperature sintering, melting refined copper infiltration process.
Features
Tungsten copper rod not only has advantages of tungsten (high hardness, high density, high strength), but also has advantages of copper (good conductivity, low coefficient of expansion and dimensional stability at high temperature).
Applications
Tungsten copper applications are diverse, such as electrode for resistance welding, electrical discharge machining (EDM), high pressure discharge tube, even some military fields (instant high temperature material for piercing, missile insert and rocket ignitor).
